On Friday my dad snuck us into Lagoon to see the monkey show. It is made up of chimps that were in movies at some point and are now in a traveling show. Asher was afraid at first, but then he decided it was kind of cool. He liked it so much we have talked about it EVERY day since.
Asher: Grandpa...
Me: Yeah... you miss him?
Asher: Monkeys.
Me: What did the monkeys do?
Asher: jump
Asher: hold chair... bum... time out.
Me: Yes one of them had to go to time out and keep his bum in the chair, but then he just carried it around on his bum. What else did they do?
Asher: Eat paper.
Me: Yes one ate paper. What else did they eat.
Asher: Bananas. Throw on the ground.

These are the crazy things that made the biggest impression on him. So funny. He loves his grandpa so much. It is awesome the bond they have.
After that we went to see baby Addi again:

Still adorable.
On Saturday we went to the farmer's market in Salt Lake with Brandon. Holy balls it was hot. Ash was tired and hungry... yet he still acted like it was so fun and didn't complain. He is social just like his uncle. They both like to be out and about, talking to people.

On Sunday we did dinner at Tom's moms like usual. Asher found this old gorilla mask and put it on:

Hilarious.
Just one weekend in our crazy lives...
