Doctor visit...

It was time for Ash's two year doctor visit on Friday (I took him a week early so he didn't have to do it on his b-day).

On the way there I was prepping him for the visit. Telling him how nice Dr. Shakula (kula for ash) is and how much I like him. As we got close to the office Ash started saying "scared" "daddy" "scared" (meaning I'm scared get daddy). I told him not to be scared and that he could talk to Dr. Shakula for a while and see how nice he was.

That's when he says "mom, on the phone".

Smart kid.

It was ok. He always has fun until they make him lie down and the doc looks in his eyes, throat, and ears. Ash hates it. He had to get one shot too and that always sucks. I took him to lunch afterward so he would remember some fun to it.
